#Surfing is a very physically demanding sport and you need to have energy. One of the favorites snacks of the surf crowd here in Ayampe is our bliss ball. Made from organic cocao, dried coconut, coconut oil, honey, peanut paste, walnuts, almonds and raisin, its a energy packed snack without the processed sugar. This is also a gluten free snack as well. One of the best after #surf snacks is our homemade ice cream, there is nothing like the satisfication of spending time in the ocean and coming back to a bowl of pure enjoyment. We are always experimenting with new recipes. Our lastest was coffee coconut ice cream. This lactose free ice cream was a huge success.
