Yoga Studio in Ecuador
#Yogaclasses in Ecuador. The #beautiful thing about #yoga is no matter what your age, gender or race is we can all come together to #practiceyoga. The #yogastudio at #OtraOla is open aired, wood floored, grass roofed shala. We have enough space to accommodate 40 students but we only allow 25 students per #yogaclass. We want everyone to have their own personal space to fully enjoy the #yogaclass. Our classes are open to all leveles and we always offer variation for all levels and to accommodate injuries. With every class you will be provided with quality props such as a jade mat (jade mats are made from natural rubber tapped from rubber trees, natural rubber is a renewable resource, jade mats are made in the United States in compliance with U.S. environmental laws and contain no PVCs - making the mats the first "green" and non-toxic #yogamats. With every mat purchased a tree is plant), 2 different sizes of custom balsa blocks as well as foam blocks, straps blankets and eye pillows for savasana.
We have 2 #yogateachers at all times. Vanessa our full time #yoga teacher was trained in Akhanda #yoga but has taught YTT in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow and is always changing her classes to suit her students. Our guest #yoga teachers change every two months and we always have qualified, experienced teachers. Check out Our Team on our webpage for the current #yoga teacher's bio.
Travelling, sports and life in general can take such a toll not only on our bodies but on our minds and souls as well. Our intention with offering the #yogaclasses is to bring back balance into our lives. So whether your an expert or never tried #yoga before, #OtraOla is the place to for you. We look forward to meeting you in your travels.
